David Froc

Owner and Creative Director

David is a Vancouver-based videographer, photographer, musician, composer and writer, with a studio in Railtown.

Through his photography and moving picture works he attempts to capture, in digital imagery, and give voice to the varied people constituting his local environment, Railtown, the Downtown East side (DTES), and British Columbia in general.

He is a classically trained Pianist (Royal Conservatory of Music of Toronto; under Daryl Irvine) who has spent a lifetime playing, writing, and recording classical as well as popular music. He has owned and operated his own recording studios for more than 30 years.

David grew up in the Toronto, Ontario area where he studied music and attended McMaster University. He has a Ph.D in Psychology (Behavioural Neuroscience) from McMaster University, completed a post-doctoral fellowship at UBC (Neuroscience) and is well published in the Neuroscience field. He is currently a psychology Professor and, after having attended clinical psychology classes at City University (Vancouver), he is also a registered clinical counsellor and Neuropsychology Consultant here in the Lower Mainland.

David is the owner and Creative Director of RePProduction Incorporated, who regularly partners with Richard Troy Lehmann Photography (local photographer) and Combustion Digital, a Toronto-based E-learning, and post-production company.

RePProduction Incorporated has its studios in Railtown at The Edge, 289 Alexander Street.
